Implants
Implant procedures carried out at the practice are covered for five years; the titanium post itself is meant to stay for life.

Check an implant plan before you sign it.
Quoted for implants elsewhere? Take that plan, with any scans, to board-certified prosthodontist Dr. Esam Nahlah at 2855 Duke Street. Reviewing implant surgery plans costs you nothing, and implant work done here is warrantied for five years.

Implant success is published at over 95%. When one does fail, the cause is usually a planning decision or missed maintenance, so that is where a second read looks first.
Your medical history and medicines are reviewed at the consultation and built into whatever plan you leave with.
No deductible and no sliding scale: a failure in year four is handled exactly like one in year one, and the fitting visit is not charged either.

Cosmetic restorations designed and fitted here fall under the same five-year terms.
All-on-4 arches are covered as well, with the one condition that applies to everything.

Precare is the practice's maintenance programme: a general cleaning twice a year, scheduled with the office that treated you, which for a Burke patient treated on Duke Street means Alexandria.
Implant work rarely ends because of the post. It ends when the tissue around it, gum and bone, breaks down, and a six-monthly cleaning is when that is spotted while it can still be reversed.

From central Burke, Duke Street is about 13.4 miles away: Old Keene Mill Road, then I-95, roughly 23 minutes without traffic. The Tysons Corner office is a similar trip, 14.1 miles and about 23 minutes by the Beltway, so choose whichever suits your day.
At 2855 Duke Street the new-patient line is (703) 940-5410 and the existing-patient line (703) 940-5410. Doors open at 8 am on weekdays, closing at 5 pm Monday to Thursday and at 2 pm on Fridays.
