The five people you will actually deal with.

Dr. Nahlah does the surgery. Everything around it belongs to the people on this page.

Why It Matters

A small team is the point, not a limitation.

Full-mouth work runs for months, and you will speak to the practice far more often than you sit in the chair. One treatment coordinator holds your case from the first estimate to the last visit; one office manager runs both offices.

The Team

Meet the team.

Names and roles as the practice publishes them.

Venita, a member of the Dr. Nahlah team
VenitaOffice Manager

Runs both offices: scheduling, records, and getting two locations to behave like one. Who you reach when something needs to move.

Junko, a member of the Dr. Nahlah team
JunkoDigital Lab Designer

Designs the prosthesis in the in-house lab, from the scan to the milled result. Most practices post this work out.

Helia, a member of the Dr. Nahlah team
HeliaTreatment Coordinator

Holds your case end to end: estimate, pre-authorization, financing, and the order the appointments happen in.

Hana, a member of the Dr. Nahlah team

The lab is a room here, not a shipping address.

A dental laboratory is normally a separate business in a separate city: impressions go out, weeks pass, a box comes back, and a bad fit restarts the cycle. This practice keeps the lab in the building, with a designer on staff. That changes three things:

  • Fewer appointments, because adjustments happen while you are still in the chair
  • Shorter waits, because nothing is in transit
  • A shade and shape agreed with the person who will cut them, not described on a form
