01Scan and plan
An examination and a cone-beam scan show whether there is enough bone to load straight away. You leave knowing whether you qualify, what it costs and how long it takes.

Implants and teeth, one visit.
With All-on-4, most patients leave the surgery wearing a fixed provisional arch: four implants and a full set of teeth in a single visit. The final zirconia arch follows three to four months later. Planned and placed by board-certified prosthodontist Dr. Esam Nahlah.
On implant day you receive a fully functional provisional arch in PMMA, fitted the day the implants go in and screwed down, not a removable denture. It carries you through the months while the implants fuse, and then it is replaced by the final arch in zirconia.

02Four implants placed through a printed guide, under local anesthetic with nitrous oxide or oral sedation, and the provisional arch fitted before you go home. After oral sedation, someone needs to drive you.
03Three to four months while bone grows onto the implants: soft foods for those months, and reviews along the way to check integration and adjust the provisional.
04The zirconia arch replaces the provisional, and two to four more months finish the healing around it. From then on it is brushed and flossed like natural teeth.

Same-day teeth need implants steady enough to carry a provisional arch on the day they go in. The cone-beam scan decides that at the consultation, and in most All-on-4 cases the answer is yes.
Double arch means both jaws were restored on implants.
