Day oneTeeth on implant day
A working provisional arch, screwed in place before you leave. Nobody goes home without teeth.

A fixed arch, in Tysons Corner.
Four implants carry a whole upper or lower arch, and in most cases you leave the McLean office the same day with fixed provisional teeth. Dr. Esam Nahlah plans the arch on a cone-beam scan and places it at Suite 220, 7901 Jones Branch Drive.

01Cone-beam imaging of the jaw shows whether four implants will hold, or whether grafting is needed first. Price, insurance and financing are on the table at this visit.
02Teeth that cannot be saved come out, where the case allows on the same day the implants go in, by the same specialist.
Oral surgery
03Four implants go in through a printed guide, the back two tilted toward denser bone, and the provisional arch is fitted before you go home.
04Three to four months on, the final zirconia arch replaces the provisional, and the gum keeps healing around it for two to four months more.
Each case shows both jaws restored, before and after.
