Four implants, a new arch, in Alexandria.
At 2855 Duke Street, Dr. Esam Nahlah replaces a failing or missing arch with a fixed bridge on four implants. The rear two are angled into denser bone, so bone loss often does not rule you out, and most patients go home with provisional teeth.

A denture sits on the gum and shifts when you eat. An All-on-4 arch is screwed onto implants, so it stays put, and the implants keep loading the jaw.

02Under local anesthetic with nitrous oxide or oral sedation, the four implants are placed and, in most cases, your provisional teeth are fitted the same visit.
03Over three to four months the implants fuse, and short reviews check integration and adjust the provisional teeth.
04The definitive zirconia arch is fitted. From then on it is cleaned like natural teeth, with a professional cleaning every six months.
