HomeThank you

That is received.

Your consultation request has reached the practice. A member of the team will call you to arrange a time, and to answer anything you would rather ask before you come in.

What happens now

Three things, in this order.

Nothing here needs anything from you until the call.

01

We call you

Usually within one business day. If you sent this over a weekend, expect Monday. We will ask what is bothering you and roughly what you are hoping for, so the appointment is spent on you rather than on paperwork.

02

You come in for the consultation

Around an hour. A 3D scan where it is useful, a look at what is actually going on, and a straight answer about what can be done, including when the answer is that you do not need what you thought you needed.

What to bring
03

You get the plan in writing

The options, what each involves, how long each takes and what each costs, before anything is booked. Financing is arranged at this stage if you want it.

Insurance and financing
A patient reviewing her CBCT scan and an implant model with a clinician
A person, not a queue
The bench and stereo microscope in the practice's in-house laboratory
The 3D scan
A clinician showing a patient a dental model during a consultation
Time with the specialist
The reception desk, with the Dr. Nahlah wordmark above a marble counter and cream and gold waiting chairs
Two offices
If you cannot wait

Call the office directly.

If you are in pain, have broken a tooth, or have a denture or a temporary that has come loose, do not wait for the callback. Phone whichever office is closer and say it is urgent.
